1.  What do you mean by  an "unattended pickup & drop off point?"

Our customers leave their orders for our delivery drivers at an unattended location at their home or place of business.  This could be the front porch, back porch, garage, entry way, or even a hidden garbage tote on the side of your house.  The point is that our customers do not need to be home in order for us to pick up and deliver your garments.  Providing us with an unattended pick-up and drop-off point helps us provide you with effective customer service that is fast, efficient for you, our customer!

2.  What if we can't leave our order in an unattended location, (because I live in an apartment building) or I just don't feel comfortable enough to leave it unattended?

If you are uncomfortable with leaving your garments unattended you may designate an alternate location for pick-up delivery such as a neighbor or friends home.  However, we work diligently to pick up your garments as quickly as possible, so as long as you give us a window of 2-3 hours of when you'll be home, we will make every effort to pick-up and deliver your garments during that time.  .You can request that we call or knock when we arrive, but a $5.00 waiting fee will be charged if we have to wait long.  We suggest that customers who live in apartment buildings with a locked front door get a key made, so we can get into the building and pickup/drop off your order right at your door step!

We really encourage our customers to figure out an unattended pick-up and drop-off point as this is the most efficient and effective way to pick up your garments.  We do not want to complicate something that is meant to be time saving for you.

3.  How do you handle alterations of garments if you are a pick-up and delivery service?

Although we do not have a tailor to custom fit garments, we have a great seamstress who can easily take care of alterations.  We just need our customers to leave us a detailed note on their orders of the alterations to be made (like how many inches to hem or how many inches to take off of a waist band) or an explanation of what you need fixed (such as sew a button or repair a rip). We provide the seamstress with your detailed note and she will handle the rest. If there are any questions with regard to your note we will contact you prior to making any alterations.

4.  What detergents do you use to clean my garments?  What if I have an allergy or prefer an eco-friendly organic laundry solution?

We use only the best products for our premium wash and fold services.  We use "Tide," "Downy," "Clorox," and "Bounce" for our laundry, and only an organic & eco-friendly cleaner for our dry cleaning services.  We carry other items such as "Tide Free & Clear" detergent if you prefer something non scented, or "Ecos" detergent and fabric softener for you organic chemical free solution needs.  We also only use an eco-friendly organic alternative for all of our dry cleaning orders.  If you prefer to provide us with a bottle of a special detergent we can always use whatever you provide and return it to you with your laundry.

5.  Are there any delivery fees or minimums?

We pickup and drop off for free!  There are no sneaky delivery fees like "handling" or "processing" fees.  However, we do have minimums for both laundry and dry cleaning.   There is a 20 pound minimum for laundry and a $25.00 minimum for dry cleaning.

6.  How much does this great service cost?!

Our premium wash and fold service starts at $1.35/lb.
